The Eastern Regional Firewise Coalition (ERFC) mission is to foster a community that is safer and more resilient to the negative impacts of wildfire and to create a positive, fire-adapted region. Additionally, hear the latest partner agency updates from CALFire, US Forest Service, Truckee Fire Protection District, Nevada County OES, Placer Country OES, the FireSafe Council and more.

Join us for a community forum on wildfire preparedness for all Truckee residents. Expert panel presentations and discussions will be followed by a Q&A. The panel will include representatives from the fire service, law enforcement, office of emergency services, public utilities, and private forestry.

Self-service: drop-off your residential yard waste. Please limit loads to three yards per trip. Please, no bags, rocks, dirt, commercial yard waste, rounds larger than 24 inches, stumps, boards, or trash.
TAHOE DONNER WOODYARD FIREWOOD SALE

Start preparing for winter and get some of the best firewood deals around! The woodyard will be open on select days this summer and will have firewood cords for sale. The wood is a mixture of red fir, white fir, Jeffrey pine and lodgepole pine. The wood is cut into firewood rounds approximately 16 inches in length.
