Saddle Up for the 4th Annual Wild West Fest

Tahoe Donner presents the 4th annual Wild West Fest on Saturday, Sept. 2, at the Alder Creek Adventure Center!

Grab your cowboy hat and boots and join the fun at this high-country hoedown on Saturday, Sept. 2, at the Equestrian Center. Enjoy a taste of the old frontier with a ranch-style barbecue, live music, equestrian performances, pony rides and other kid-friendly activities. A rootin’ tootin’ good time for the whole family, round up all your cowgirls and cowboys for the most rip-roaring shindig this side of the Mississippi.

Join us for an unforgettable evening with live music, a petting zoo, performances from the Truckee Donner Junior Horse Drill Team and so much more! While you relax and enjoy the afternoon, the kids can mosey over to all the ace-high activities like pony rides (for kids ages 2-6), rope throwing, a bounce house, arena games, a dress-up booth and a craft corral. Be sure to try the delicious Chuck Wagon BBQ. It may not be an authentic chuck wagon, but you’ll still be tipping your cowboy hats to the cook after indulging in this tasty, ranch-style dinner.
