SNOWPLAY EVENTS

Due to recent storms and snowfall, we are open for sledding only (sorry, no tubing yet). Take advantage of the new snow and bring the family out for a day of sledding fun! See hours listed below.

COST: Free for members; $3 for guests and public

When open, regular Snowplay hours are Fridays from 1:30-4:30 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Admission includes sledding and tubing equipment (no personal equipment is permitted).

Please call to confirm operation status before coming out for the following events:

Full Moon Snowshoe Tour – Mar. 7

Join Tahoe Donner Snowplay for a wintery outing under the light of the moon. The tour meets at Trout Creek Recreation Center and caravans to the trailhead on Glacier Way. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Book today on ShopTD.

Time: 7:15 p.m. – 9:15 p.m.

Snow Tube Bowling – Mar. 21

If you’ve never done this before, you are in for a treat. This isn’t your average day at the bowling alley. Take bowling to the next level by tubing in human-size inflatable bowling pins for a strike!

Time: 12 – 2 p.m.

Snowball Throwing Contest – Apr. 4

Heats will run every half hour from 1-2:30 p.m. at Tahoe Donner Snowplay.

Last Day to Play and BBQ – Apr. 12

Join us for BBQ, music and the last day of tubing for the season.
