IMPORTANT UPDATE ON ASSOCIATION FINES
EFFECTIVE JULY 25, 2025, THE TAHOE DONNER BOARD OF DIRECTORS PASSED A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A TEMPORARY FINE SCHEDULE UNDER NEW STATE LAW, WHICH WILL REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL MEASURES CAN BE TAKEN TO ADOPT A PERMANENT FINE SCHEDULE.
