Winter has finally arrived, just in time for a week filled with exciting and family-friendly activities at all Tahoe Donner amenities! From great conditions for skiing, snowboarding and exploring the stunning trails on Nordic skis or snowshoes, to delicious dining options, live music, a fun game night for adults, and even a glowstick parade and carnival for kids, discover all that Tahoe Donner has to offer at the height of winter during Ski Skate Week, Feb. 17 through Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024. Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort offers wide, friendly ski runs and affordable family fun! Pre-purchase lift tickets, lessons, and rentals to ensure a slopetastic winter day.

CHILDREN’S GLOWSTICK PARADE + CARNIVAL
Get excited for carnival games for kids of all ages and a glowstick parade! Pre-regsiter or plan to come early to secure a spot in. Music and snacks will be provided prior to the parade.

Ages: All ages may participate in Carnival games. Children ages 10 and under can participate in the parade but must be able to ski down Snowbird unassisted and in the dark.

DOWNHILL SKI BAR + GRILL
After a great day on the mountain, be sure to stop in for some delicious food and refuel. Also serving breakfast to kick-start the day. Enjoy après–ski on the beautiful sun deck while enjoying a warm soft pretzel, full-service bar and cozy fire pits.

ADULT BIATHLON CLINIC WITH GYONGYVER RIDENOUR
Don’t miss your chance to experience the thrilling sport of biathlon – skiing and shooting a laser rifle at a target – in a clinic led by professional athlete Gyongyver Ridenour, Jr. National Biathlon and Cross Country Ski Champion of Romania.

Intermediate or advanced classic or skate skiers only (able to ski blue trails). Clinic is limited to eight participants; call (530) 587-9484 to register.
