Pre-register your personal guests on ShopTD and provide them with quick and easy access to private amenities and discounted pricing at select public amenities.
Personal guests who are accompanied by members with active Member ID Cards do not need to be pre-registered.
Daily Access Fees apply to private amenities for all Member ID Cards not covered by the Recreation Fee and for all personal guests.
Online reservations are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all members and guests. Same-day reservations can be made, however popular holidays and weekends will sell out fast. Book early for the best availability.

*Members must have and present a valid Member ID card to redeem member pricing. Guests not accompanied by a member or pre-registered by a member will pay public pricing.

For children 6 and under to qualify for member rates, they need to be registered through ShopTD or through Member Services. Eligible Tahoe Donner members should contact Member Services at info@tahoedonner.com to create a profile for any child age 6 and under. Members must create a member account to purchase items from the online store. Contact Member Services at (530) 587-9400 ext. 0 if you need any help setting up your member account.
RESERVATION TIME SLOTS
Tahoe Donner Snowplay is open to the public and Tahoe Donner Members with valid ID Cards. Online reservations are required. Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paid adult in the Snowplay area.
- One reservation per person per day is required to enter the Snowplay area.
- The number of participants per session will be limited to ensure the safety of others.
- Snowplay will provide tubes and sleds to use during your reservation. No outside tubes or sleds will be permitted in the Snowplay area.
Reservations are required.
75-minute time slots available:
- 9-10:15AM
- 10:30-11:45AM
- 12:15-1:30PM
- 1:45-3:00PM
- 3:15-4:30PM.
Tickets can be purchased up to 7 days in advance online. Tickets are required for all visitors on the Snowplay grounds.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final. Due to limited capacity this season, there are no returns or refunds. Please confirm your date(s) prior to completing your purchase. Tahoe Donner cannot guarantee weather conditions, driving and road conditions.
