Everyone’s favorite dinner series – with a twist! – is back on Monday nights from 5-7PM at Alder Creek Cafe. - Feb. 2 | Sesame Soy Chicken with Coconut Rice Bowl
Coconut rice topped with sesame soy chicken, marinated shitake mushrooms, red cabbage, avocado, carrots, green onions, cilantro and lime.
Tofu substitution available for a vegan option. - Feb. 9 | Asian Inspired Salmon Rice Bowl
Sushi rice, baked salmon, edamame, English cucumber, shredded carrots, purple cabbage, sriracha mayo and peanuts. Tofu substitution available for a vegan option. - Feb. 16 | Teriyaki Tofu Noodle Bowl
Baked Teriyaki tofu, romaine lettuce, jalapeño, red cabbage, carrots, cilantro, house peanut sauce, rice noodles and 6-minute egg. Vegan option available. - Feb. 23 | Mediterranean Bowl
Steamed rice, falafel, roasted broccolini, radish, beet hummus, red onion, cucumber and tomato.
