NEW VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To prevent misuse of Member ID Cards, documentation verifying familial relationships will now be required:

  • Effective immediately, changes to Member ID Cardholders trigger the verification process for the entire property.
  • All existing cardholders must update their eligibility with valid documentation by December 31, 2027. Staff appreciate members who complete this as early as possible.

PERSONAL GUEST ACCESS + REGISTRATION
At any time, guests accompanied by a member with an active Member ID Card may continue to enjoy access to private amenities; Daily Access Fees apply.

Transferable guest cards will no longer valid and should be disposed of. Any cards presented to staff will be collected, removing them from circulation.

Personal Guest registration is available online via your ShopTD account to ensure unaccompanied guests can enjoy private amenities as of Jan. 1, 2025. Each guest must pay a Daily Access Fee. Please note Short-Term tenants are not personal guests and need to follow Short-Term Tenant Access guidelines and restrictions.

The rule change may limit the number of personal guests registered to a property and limit guest amenity access during peak periods.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will the Rec Fee be included with the assessment?

Great news! Private amenity access will be incorporated into the Annual Assessment starting in 2026. That means in 2026, all active Member ID Card holders will have access to the private amenities without the need to pay the Rec Fee or Daily Access Fees. Four cards are included in 2026 with your Annual Assessment payment, with the option to purchase up to six additional cards for a per-card annual fee. Verification required for all member ID cardholders.

  • At what age constitutes a child’s eligibility to be a member?

Children ages 3 to 6 are eligible to receive a Member ID card at no additional cost once they are verified on a property. These cards count toward the total number of Member ID cards allowed per property. Children age 7 and older are considered regular Member ID cardholders and are subject to the same card limits and fees, meaning a fee applies if they are cardholders #5 through #10 on the property.

  • Why do we need to verify our kids if they have been on the property for years?

This process helps ensure fair and secure access to our private amenities to all members. Verifying everyone helps maintain accurate records and prevents misuse—it’s a one-time step for a better member experience!

  • I don’t have my child’s birth certificate. What other forms of documentation will you accept to show relationships to parents when completing the Member ID Card verification form?

In accordance with the 2026 Operating Plan, you may submit alternative documents.

Acceptable forms of documentation to verify family relationships include:

    • School records
    • Medical records
    • Tax Records
    • School Registration documents
    • Health Insurance Documents
