Tahoe Donner presents the 14th annual Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 11 at the Northwoods Clubhouse.

Some seasonal traditions are simply meant to stand the test of time, and there is nothing quite like a fall harvest festival to evoke those feelings of warmth and togetherness each year. Whether it’s to bid farewell to another memorable summer or to welcome in the autumn changes, the Fall Festival is a celebratory gathering to enrich this bittersweet time of transition with sentiments of joy and abundance.

This year’s event is brimming with all the fall feels! Soak in the magic of autumn in the Sierras while you immerse yourself in the nostalgia of this classic festival, featuring old favorites like the pumpkin patch and pony rides and new ones like an inflatable obstacle course and even axe throwing (ages 16+; closed-toe shoes required). Kids dressed in Halloween costumes receive a complimentary gift, too!

Don’t Forget to:

  • Carve out some time in the pumpkin patch
  • Get tied up in balloon twisters
  • Get lost (or found) in the kids’ maze
  • Bop around in the bounce house
  • Challenge yourself in the inflatable obstacle course
  • Learn a new skill at the axe throwing station (age 16+)
  • Meet new friends at the live animal show
  • “Shoot” for a bullseye at the archery station
  • Dogs can dive into fun at the Doggie Dip
  • and much more!

Come for the fair, stay for the food! The whole family can enjoy fresh and warm fall goodies like Oktoberfest-style pretzels with beer cheese dip, bratwurst or hot dogs and seasonal beer on tap. And Pizza on the Hill will be open after the event at 4PM if you want to extend the day.

Of course, no fall festival is complete without sweet treats like cotton candy, popcorn and caramel apples!

Event Schedule:
All Activities Open 11AM – 4PM
Animal Shows 11:30AM and 1PM
Music by Public Eye 2-4PM

A shuttle will run from the Trout Creek Recreation Center parking lot to the festival grounds for easy parking and access.
