As of January 31, 2025, Transferable Guest Cards Are No Longer Valid
Attention Members: Please dispose of existing cards and pre-register your personal guests or accompany them to amenities on their next visit. Staff will collect cards presented at private amenities to remove them from circulation.
Short-term rental tenants are not considered personal guests and must use short-term tenant cards for private amenity access (Daily Access Fees apply – see rates below).

This rule change may reduce the number of personal guests that can be registered to a property and limit guest access to amenities during peak periods.
The account allows a maximum of 20 individuals, including both members and personal guests. While members are never removed, personal guests may be automatically removed after some time. It’s recommended that members verify their accounts to ensure their guests have access to amenities during their stay.
ShopTD has a 20-person limit for the number of individuals that can be listed under your “Group.” To remove previously listed personal guests from your current group, please complete the form or email the details to info@tahoedonner.com.
As of Jan. 1, 2025, Members with an active Member ID Card who are not accompanying their personal guests can register ahead of time through an online personal guest registration process. Tranferable guest cards are no longer valid.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to add my personal guests to my account if I will be with them during their visit?
No, personal guests accompanied by a member with an active Member ID Card do not need to be pre-registered online. Daily Access Fees apply for all personal guests, whether accompanied by a member or not.
How do I register a personal guest?
Just head to ShopTD.com, log into your account, and navigate to “My Account.” Click “+Add Guest” and enter their name and birthdate. Hit save changes. The video above will walk you through it, or see the handout here.
When adding a date in ShopTD for my guest, it says I can only enter one date. How can I indicate my guests will be there for more than one day?
The date being requested in ShopTD is your personal guest’s date of birth, not the dates of their visit. Personal guests do not have an expiration or set visit period. If you would like to remove a guest from your list, please email info@tahoedonner.com.
