RESIDENT TENANT ACCESS

Amenity Access Rule defines a Tenant as any individual who occupies an Owner’s Residential Parcel in exchange for payment of consideration, monetary or not.

Property owners may relinquish their amenity access rights and member-exclusive benefits to resident tenants, long-term or seasonal, with a lease of 31 days or longer. However, owners cannot relinquish their rights more than twice per 12-month period; a $75 administration fee applies.

OWNER RELINQUISHMENT: A process administered by the Association through which Owners may transfer their membership rights and certain benefits to resident tenants.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does the $75 administration fee cover the tenant's Rec Fee?

No, it is a flat rate processing fee. Resident Tenants still need to purchase the Rec Fee or pay the Daily Access Fee during each visit to enter private amenities.

  • If I purchase the Recreation Fee for me and my family members, can I transfer it to my resident tenants once I relinquish my/our amenity access rights and vice versa?

The Recreation Fee is non-transferable and non-proratable. When an owner relinquishes their amenity access rights to a resident tenant, that tenant must pay their own Recreation Fee or Daily Access Fees.
