Capital Projects Process Stage Six: Post-Project Review

Objective
To develop an Association Master Plan that provides vision and direction for long term capital investments in Tahoe Donner amenities and the services those amenities provide for members.

• Overview

  The Association Master Plan is part of Tahoe Donner’s General Plan, which also includes the rolling five‐year Capital Funds Projection (CFP) and the guidelines for developing and preserving our community which support the core values expressed in the board’s Strategic Plan. The Capital Projects Process is the board-approved stage-gate process used by the General Plan Committee and Tahoe Donner staff to evaluate, track and document capital projects.


• Current Status

  The Association Master Plan is ready for Post-Project Review. The Capital Projects Process is being updated to build in member input, tie the process to the Capital Funds Projection (CFP), clarify inputs and outputs, add definitions and add the Chair of the Finance Committee to the team that sorts and prioritizes projects.
