The Architectural Standards Office ensures that structures and properties in Tahoe Donner are in harmony with their natural surroundings and benefit the quality of life and property values of association property owners.
Regular office hours:
Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, noon – 5 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Important Town Hall Meetings will take place on May 18 and May 21 regarding existing rules, new proposed On-Going Maintenance rules, procedures regarding inspections, building, and complaints. Learn more.

The Architectural Standards Rules, Procedures and Restrictions for Land Use (pdf) pertain to any changes or additions to any structure or property within Tahoe Donner Association.
