Release Your Fascia to Improve Your Seat

Are you experiencing imbalance and discomfort while horseback riding? Join us at the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center to learn about how fascia, joint mobility and muscle integrity impact your ability to stay centered in the saddle. This workshop is a combination of a short lecture, exercise stations and guided self-assessments and testing tools to help empower participants to learn about their body alignment to improve their riding mechanics. There is no horseback riding.  A manual will be provided to all participants.  This workshop is taught by Dr. Irina Fedulow Plante, a physical therapist who treats equestrians for orthopedic and neurologic conditions and has taught riding mechanics classes for all disciplines.
