Trick n’ Trail Riding Retreat with Kansas Carradine

Get out on the trails to rediscover the joy of riding in the breathtaking beauty of the Sierra Nevada. This Tahoe Donner retreat is an invitation to step away from the busyness of life, reconnect with your playful cowgirl spirit, and find joyful heart coherence in the rhythm of riding with veteran equestrian Kansas Carradine. Over three meaningful days, you’ll have daily yoga sessions and horse time with Kansas, learning breathing techniques and mounted exercises to improve balance, confidence, and coordination. Afternoons will consist of a trail ride into the vast terrain of the Tahoe Donner Recreational Area. We'll meet on Friday with a social gathering, and Saturday and Sunday will be filled with activities with the horses. HeartMath techniques and biofeedback technology will also be available to measure heart coherence and recognize the “flow state.”
