Aquatics programs have ended for the season. Registration for the 2017 season will begin in March.

Water Aerobics

Our water aerobics classes focus on cardiovascular conditioning using interval segments and target a beginner/intermediate level.

Aqua Zumba®

Enjoy a fun cardio workout while you move to the Latin beat… Aqua Zumba® is a safe, effective, and challenging water-based workout that integrates the Zumba® formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness. Don’t be fooled, this is a challenging aqua class. The moves are intense. Aqua Zumba® is especially effective for individuals who require a low impact workout. All fitness levels welcome!
