Water Fitness

Water fitness classes are not available for pre-registration, but are first come first served and handled the same as fitness classes.

Water Aerobics

Our water aerobics classes focus on cardiovascular conditioning using interval segments and target a beginner/intermediate level.

Start Date: June 20, 2016
Days and Times: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m.;
Saturdays and Sundays at 9:30 a.m.

Aqua Zumba®

Enjoy a fun cardio workout while you move to the Latin beat… Aqua Zumba® is a safe, effective, and challenging water-based workout that integrates the Zumba® formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness. Don’t be fooled, this is a challenging aqua class. The moves are intense. Aqua Zumba® is especially effective for individuals who require a low impact workout. All fitness levels welcome!

Dates: July 1 – August 12, No Class on Monday, July 4; Additional class on Wednesday, July 6
Days: Mondays and Fridays
Time: 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.

Swim Club

Come out for a lunch-hour swim workout! Geared toward adult intermediate-level swimmers, workouts are 45 to 60 minutes in duration and will incorporate drills for all strokes, kicking, and pulling. Each class will cater to the participants’ individual skill levels with emphasis on stroke development, goal achievement and the art of fitness swimming. Instruction in stroke technique and refinement will be provided. Participants with specific goals will be given specialized activities to facilitate progress toward that goal.
