Short-Term Rental + Amenity Access Task Force
The Short-Term Rental and Amenity Access Task Force collects data and statistics related to short-term rentals (STRs) and amenity use/loading in Tahoe Donner. The task force surveys and analyzes current approaches employed by similar organizations and municipalities in order to effectively monitor and regulate STR activity; reviews historic amenity loads and usage patterns in order to understand how best to maximize amenity availability for members; and collects broad input and comments from the membership in order to achieve the greatest good for the greatest number of members.
