WHAT IS THE PROJECT?

  • The Pavilion dining area at The Lodge Restaurant & Pub includes transitioning the area where the wedding tent used to be to an outdoor casual dining area. A landscape architect has created a plan to allow for ADA compliance, fire pits and more.

WHY THIS PROJECT?

  • Enhancements to the Pavilion now offer a more relaxed, warmer and casual dining experience for all members.

WHAT ARE THE IMPACTS?

  • Pavilion construction has been completed.
  • The Grotto is closed during construction.

WHAT IS THE STATUS?

  • Construction has been completed and the Pavilion is now open!
  • Construction on the Grotto has also been completed and is now open.

WHAT IS THE TOTAL BUDGET?

  • The total budget was $371,403.
