Adult Swim Club
Don’t be alarmed by the name, which refers to adult swimmers rather than a skill level! Swimmers of all levels, beginner through advanced are welcome to participate in our 50 minute swim. Workouts will be geared toward the participant’s individual skill levels with emphasis on stroke advancement and the art of fitness swimming. Instruction on stroke technique and refinement will be provided.
Aikido is a Japanese martial art performed by blending with the motion of the attacker and redirecting the force of the attack rather than opposing it head-on.
