Special events and parties can be held in a variety of locations at Tahoe Donner:

• The Meadow Room: A bright room, which can accommodate up to 50 people, located at the Northwoods Clubhouse. It’s ideal for kid’s parties and casual gatherings.
• The Alder Room: Located at the Lodge at Tahoe Donner, The Alder Room, with a capacity of 60 people boasts floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings and classic Tahoe decor.
• The Sage Room at The Lodge: This is a semi private space located off the main dining room. Glorious views over the trees and fairways. This room comfortably accommodates 30 people. Have a Champagne Bridal Shower Brunch with us!
• Alder Creek Adventure Center: Whether you book just part of the Meadow Patio or the entire Center, the Alder Creek Adventure Center is the perfect place for a large cocktail party for up to 225 guests, or a sit down dinner for 80 people. Views are of the protected wetland meadows and the equestrian ring.
• Bennett Flat Tent: A large very simple tent ideal for large family reunions, birthday parties, and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. Included with the use of the tent are bocce ball courts, horse shoe pits, and volleyball courts. We can comfortably accommodate up to 150 people.
• The Pavilion and The Grotto at The Lodge at Tahoe Donner: The outdoor spaces at the Lodge are unsurpassed in their beauty and views of mountain trees, and emerald fairways. From 30 to 225 guests, we can handle ALL of your needs at our beautiful space.
