Tahoe Donner members:

The Tahoe Donner Board of Directors and staff have been asked to research the topic of short-term rentals in our community. This includes collecting data and analysis to determine what issues need to be addressed in the near future. This topic was discussed at some length during the Sept. 2 board meeting.

The association is looking to assemble a new committee to review and address the topic of short term rentals and guest amenity access. Ideally, this group will be a balanced team made up of members living both on-hill and off-hill, and those who rent and do not rent their homes.
