A key part of enjoying this mountain community is properly disposing of your trash, recycling and yard/green waste. Trash must be put into an animal-resistant garbage can enclosure or brought to the cub on Tuesday for pick-up. This is the current protocol and is not being changed. Town of Truckee is making changes to how you dispose of yard/green waste as well as recycling pick-up will be done.
