HeartMath & Equine Connection with Kansas Carradine

Jul 26, 2025
Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center   |  9AM-1PM

Take a mindful morning out to slow down with horses and give your nervous system a reset. This half-day clinic blends HeartMath’s heart-focused practices with the body-based, intuitive experience of Equine Guided Education (EGE) — a gentle yet powerful combination that supports emotional balance, clarity, and self-awareness.

All activities are done on the ground—this is not a horsemanship or riding clinic. Instead, you’ll engage in groundwork with horses to deepen your connection and insight.

Kansas Carradine brings over 20 years of experience in HeartMath and 15 years in Equine Guided Education, guiding you through practices that help regulate your nervous system and cultivate heart coherence. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with biofeedback technology to see your heart coherence in real time — providing a direct window into how your emotions and stress influence your internal state.

Benefits include:
Greater emotional resilience and calm
Improved nervous system regulation
A deeper sense of connection with yourself and others
Enhanced clarity during times of transition or uncertainty

No horse experience is necessary—just an open mind and heart. Whether you’re navigating change, holding a lot, or simply curious, this welcoming space is for you.
