Truckee Pride Week Community Film Screening + Picnic

Presented by Unlikely Media, enjoy a special outdoor screening of Canyon Chorus, an inspiring film about queer life and the outdoors. Join Mikah Meyer, an American travel journalist and LGBTQ rights advocate, his mentor Larry and three friends on a river rafting trip centered around friendship and joy. Canyon Chorus is a story about being your true self in the outdoors, about advocacy and about recognizing the important people in one’s life.

After the screening, enjoy a Q&A with the director, a laid-back picnic with music, great food and stunning views until sunset. Bar will be open and main dishes will be provided, but feel free to bring something to share!
