Starting with a sumptuous charcuterie board to welcome guests, explore a summertime-inspired four-course meal that includes a perfectly grilled tenderloin and delectable diver scallops. Prepared by Executive Chef Matt Hale and paired with a premium Honig wine varietal for each course, this dinner is sure to be an experience you won’t soon forget.
